The Catalyst: Bangalore 2015
The story traces back to 2015 in Bangalore, where an international business conference titled Marketplace Revolution brought together over 230 leaders from 11 nations. Hosted by Partners Worldwide—a global nonprofit serving in over 33 countries—the gathering created a unique space to explore the intersection of faith, business, and impact.
Among the keynote speakers was Mr. Arun Samuel, Chairman and Managing Director of the Wings Group. In the moments following the conference, a pivotal conversation began. Mr. Samuel, together with Mr. Doug Seebeck (then President & CEO of Partners Worldwide) and Michael Brian (then Regional Director), discerned a shared calling: the need for a global Kingdom business network that could connect, equip, and inspire leaders to live out their faith through enterprise. It was a vision rooted not only in purpose, but also in the power of relationships—because your network is your net worth.
Seasons of Perseverance
The vision was clear, but the journey was not immediate. Over the years that followed, the idea was refined through seasons of growth and challenge. The world paused during the COVID-19 pandemic; plans slowed, and momentum shifted. Just as progress began to take shape again, the unexpected loss of a prospective CEO brought another moment of uncertainty.
Yet, through every delay, the vision endured.
The Milestone
By 2025, alignment had deepened. In March 2026, a formal Memorandum of Understanding was signed—marking a significant milestone and giving tangible expression to years of prayer, dialogue, and perseverance.
